What to Expect When Searching for Employer Benefits
First Meeting: Intro Session (30-60 min)
Start out by generating a census of your organization to gather demographics so that we can prepare an accurate quote.
Next, we assess your documented group life insurance and disability plans. If you have no coverage, then we discuss what plan would be optimal.
In 3-5 business days, a business proposal is drafted for you to review.
Second Meeting: Proposal Presentation (30-60 min)
We present the proposal and discuss the options. If you like what you see we can sign the final application. If modifications are needed it will take another 3-5 days to finalize the quote. Rush quotes can be accommodated when needed based upon your timeframe. Once the application is submitted and approved, we schedule an enrollment session. Note: Additional services can be included based on selection of coverages such as: Employee assistance program (EAP), Travel Assistance Program, Family & Medical Leave Act
After Approval, We Kickoff with Enrollment For YOU.
Employee Enrollment 101: Welcome to Your New Benefits from OneAmerica.
The agent and account manager will present the options to employees and answer questions. We will support your benefits department to further assist your employees in their coverage.
