Build your career in a small office where client attention and focus is priority. One-on-one coaching with experienced agents and advisors will guide you every step of the way.
Your first month begins after you secure your Life, Accident, and Health License and Series 63 License. Classes are provided by Centric Financial Group. From there, you can expect to begin implementing the sales process at Centric Financial Group, while understanding the financial technology to run your business smoothly. You will be introduced to the product portfolio of the companies of OneAmerica® and delve into case studies. And from there, our agents and coaches will help you build your practice through identifying a target market. Plan to spend time reading, role playing, participating in joint field work while identifying areas where additional development might be in order. A strong commitment to following through on action planning and goal setting will provide tangible results that will set you up for personal success.
After 30 days and a solid understanding of the product portfolio of the companies of OneAmerica®, we move into understanding our approach, Wealth Building Cornerstones (WBC). This program is our foundation and explains financial concepts in a clear, easy-to-grasp methodology that you will also use to educate your clients. In the second month, discussing field work and how you will create and build trust amongst potential leads will be essential to your success at Centric Financial Group. Branded marketing material, scripts and a personal webpage will be your resources to support you in building greater confidence within the field.
One of the most attractive features of being a financial professional is the flexibility to be your own boss. Though being in control of your days is certainly a privilege, without guidance, the autonomy can also provide challenges. You must remain focused on developing relationships while finding solutions that match the client's goals and objectives.
Moving towards 90 days, a strong priority will be in setting consistent appointments with a strong presentation of the product suite of the companies of OneAmerica®. Simultaneously, you will need to find a balance in growing your prospects for future opportunities while completing open cases. Time management is critical to efficiently building your practice. Expectations to continue your studies to secure your Securities Industry Essentials Exam.
